Shinetopin – Refund and Return Policy

At Shinetopin, we are committed to ensuring that you are fully satisfied with your artwork. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive Refund and Return Policy to give you peace of mind. Please read the following terms carefully to understand how returns and refunds are processed.

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your new artwork, and if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days from the date of receipt. The following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:

  • Condition of the Item: The artwork must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. It must not have been altered, framed, or otherwise modified in any way.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase must be provided.

Please note that returns made outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including:

  • Custom or Personalized Artwork: Custom pieces, including commissioned artwork, personalized sizes, and artworks with custom color schemes, are made specifically for you and are therefore not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Sale Items: Products marked as “final sale” or “discounted” cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@shinetopin.com or call us at (936) 858-3532 to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for your return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be included with your returned item to help us process it efficiently. We will also provide instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Pack the Item: Carefully pack the artwork in its original packaging or another secure container to prevent damage during return shipping. Please include all original tags, packaging materials, and paperwork.

  4. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS). The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to complete the inspection and initiate the refund.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please note the following:

  • Full Refund: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, for eligible returns made within the 30-day window. If the artwork was purchased using a discount or promotion, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Partial Refund: If the returned item is not in its original condition, damaged, or has missing components, we may issue a partial refund. The amount refunded will be determined based on the condition of the returned artwork.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return has been inspected and accepted. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different artwork, size, or style, please contact us at info@shinetopin.com or (936) 858-3532 to request an exchange. If the item is eligible for an exchange, we will guide you through the process.

  • Exchanges for Faulty or Damaged Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the item and will ship a replacement at no additional cost. Please see our section on “Damaged or Defective Items” below.

  • Exchanges for Other Reasons: If you are exchanging the item for any other reason (such as choosing a different piece of artwork or size), the return shipping cost will be your responsibility, and the new artwork will be shipped once the returned item is received.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We take great care in packing and shipping our artwork to ensure it arrives safely, but occasionally, damage may occur during transit. Please follow these steps if your item is damaged or defective:

  1. Notify Us Immediately: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective item. Please send an email to info@shinetopin.com or call (936) 858-3532 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage.

  2. Return and Resolution: We will provide you with a pre-paid return label for the damaged or defective item. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, depending on your preference.

Please note that the return of damaged items must occur within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Non-Damaged Items: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, Shinetopin will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label to return the damaged item.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel the order, but you can return the item once it arrives. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
